Come together with other yoga teachers for retreat and training in beautiful Costa Rica. Be prepared for a profound experience of accessing the teacher within as you explore the deeper aspects of the science and practice of Discovery Yoga in the Kripalu tradition. You'll discover methods for teaching and guiding practices that develop inward focus, concentration, insight and attunement to Spirit. Learn to connect with your students, making each class a teacher/student co-creation.

• Let go of rigid forms using organic movement to release deep-seated tensions.
  
• Develop awareness and compassion through prolonged holding.
  
• Respond to your body's messages through intuitive movement.
  
• Surrender to the flow of prana within.
  
• Practice and Teach a 3-stage Kripalu Yoga class.
  
• End the workshop with a half-day Sadhana Retreat.

You'll explore the language and techniques to support your students in safely experiencing the healing integration that can develop through these deeper practices. And you'll have the opportunity to practice-teach these methods with a small group of your peers.

This retreat will also include ample free time to explore and enjoy jungle walks and hikes to waterfalls and swimming holes, as well as group excursions to be determined.
